- Tenneil Rashford is the founder of A2L Consulting. She is an experienced change management specialist who continues to bring transformation to key public and private companies within Jamaica and the USA.
- Ms. Rashford is a university lecturer and also a certified Change Practitioner who received her training and certification from Prosci (Canada), one of the leading change management research institutes, globally.
